We can’t say enough positive things about working with Bob. He helped us not only buy a home but sell our old one. We are using him to sell a home in another state as well. He is always at the ready to help and super responsive. We warned him we had been called difficult clients from previous realtors (Madison WI) and were clear about our expectations. At that time we mostly were available on nights and weekends. We wanted to move but as everyone knows there can be so many variables. Bob was patient and showed us anything we asked to see and this was right when COVID-19 was hitting spring and summer 2020 so extra precautions were (and still are to some extent) necessary. Bob would be working the schedule to rearrange tours literally while we were in transit in order to make the travel time more convenient or fit in another house. I know it was stressful and I don’t recommend that but the market was/is such that inventory goes fast and the window of opportunity is small and Bob gets it! - Chuck and Michelle
